Cancellation Policy / キャンセルについて
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are free up to 3 days prior to your stay. After that, the full amount will be charged to your card.
However, guests experiencing symptoms such as coughing, fever, or cold are kindly requested not to stay with us. You can cancel your reservation without any charges in such cases.
